to an « eco-responsible philosophy »!

We pay particular attention to our green philosophy and our values
in terms of preserving the environment and reducing our carbon footprint.

Our infrastructure, originally intended for offices, hangars and parking lots, underwent careful dismantling and massive sorting of irrecoverable waste rather than a quick and easy demolition.

Aelite Club salvaged over 35% of the existing materials (glazing, glass doors/RF, OSB, woodwork, pipes, cables, etc.) with the prospect of designing a new eco-responsible building.
The building was constructed using materials chosen for their low SOV content and low levels of indoor air pollution.

For example, solvent-free paints and glues, coco sisal carpeting, recycled or 100% recyclable materials (lino bar, Technogym range in recyclable materials), waxed or smoothed oil-treated concrete and, finally, noble, raw materials (solid granite in the bar and changing rooms).
Bamboo is the ecological and sustainable alternative to wood, and is used for all parquet flooring, staircases, lockers and doors.
We prioritize quality air in our building.

Firstly, by installing a sophisticated system with integrated CO2 sensors to ensure air renewal (nearly 7000 m3/h).

Secondly, through the installation of plant walls. In addition to their decorative role, these plants purify the air.
Our all-Belgian concept favors the choice of suppliers and subcontractors from our own country to promote the local economy.

Ælite club is an all-Belgian concept!

The brainchild of a Belgian duo of entrepreneurs and fitness experts, this new concept, whose first Aelite Club is based in Waterloo, aims to establish itself in a market largely dominated by foreign competitors.

Thanks to their origins, the two founders have been able to actively collaborate with almost exclusively Belgian companies, suppliers and subcontractors, to promote the local economy.

Aelite Club is characterized by an industrial design, with an ambience and mix of matte black and smooth concrete. With machines in bespoke colors – sometimes edged in yellow, sometimes in red on a black background – you won’t be disappointed by the nod towards our tricolor flag!
